Objectives

The Coaching Circles bring together individuals from the same or different organizations who share common goals and objectives. The coach coordinates the group and provides guidance, motivation, and support to help each participant achieve their goals. The Circles offer a confidential environment where participants can share their experiences and learn from each other.

Team Coaching

Members can join the program together and benefit from the shared experiences and insights of others in the team, as they work together to achieve a common goal. The program can help team members develop their leadership skills and gain new perspectives on how to overcome challenges and achieve their objectives.

Group Coaching

The program offers an opportunity for members who come from different teams or organizations to benefit from the experiences of others in the group, but largely work on their own for solutions and goals. They can openly discuss their leadership challenges, receive feedback, and gain insights from others who may have encountered similar situations.
The diversity of participants in the group can result in innovative ideas and creative solutions to current or future challenges, as they learn from each other’s experiences and perspectives.

Overall, the Coaching Circles program is an effective approach for both teams and groups to develop their leadership skills and overcome challenges by learning from each other’s experiences and insights in a confidential and supportive environment.

Outline

This is a typical standard package that can be customized:

• A meeting with the sponsor.
• The complete cycle of sessions (typically 8), 90 minutes per session.
• A follow-up session one month after the program.
