Jorge is a corporate commercial and finance executive passionate to help leaders to reach their potential. He has more than two decades in the large and medium sized multinational heavy asset industry in various leadership positions.
He holds a Master’s degree in European Economy & Business Management from the University of Economics, Management and Finance in Vienna, a Master’s degree in Corporate and Business Law from the Leuphana University Lüneburg, a PMI certificate as Portfolio Management Professional. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF), an iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC), an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), COR.E Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist (CLDS).

Lorenzo Conti
Co-Founder & Certified Coach
Lorenzo is a technology executive with a passion for building and coaching successful organizations and teams. He has extensive experience in Information Technology, Engineering, and R&D Services, and has worked across various domains, industries, and delivery models in medium and large multinational companies.
He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pisa and has completed various international training in Leadership, Business Administration and Management. He is an iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC), an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), COR.E Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist (CLDS), and member of International Coach Federation (ICF).
