These Terms of Service govern your use of leadershipboot.com and the consulting services provided by Leadership Boot. By booking a session or using our tools, you agree to these terms.

1. Services & Professional Disclaimer

Leadership Boot provides professional coaching and consulting services.

• Nature of Services: Our services are intended for professional development and business strategy. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
• Results: While we strive to provide high-value strategies, success depends on your implementation and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
• Third-Party Content: We may recommend external tools or resources. These are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or reliability.

2. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

• Bookings: Sessions are booked via our website interface. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
• Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session rate.
• Payments: All fees are due at the time of booking or upon receipt of invoice, as specified during the booking process.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including blog articles, custom frameworks, and tool structures, is the property of Leadership Boot.

• You may view and print pages for personal use.
• You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or sub-license our proprietary frameworks or consulting materials without our express written consent.

• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service provided.
