This is a typical standard package that can be customized:
- A meeting with the sponsor.
- An initial alignment meting with the sponsor and coachee.
- The complete cycle of sessions (typically 9), 60 minutes per session.
- A final alignment with the sponsor and coachee.

- PACE: led by a certified coach.
